Where am I today?*
- I am interested in the bottom line, are we making money and do we have cash. I have very little metric development and am ok with that.
- I worry about our lack of focus on financials and metrics but am not sure what to do about it. We need to do much better in this area.
- I am satisfied that we have a decent focus on our metrics, as well as profit, cash flow and our balance sheet, with a good understanding of each.

- I am comfortable with my commitment to learning and try to find as much time for myself to accomplish this goal.
- I view learning as an investment in both mine and the overall organization's future. I am committed to future learning.

- I understand the need to implement a more disciplined approach. I am concerned our lack of progress in this area may hurt us in the future.
- I am satisfied with our progress in this area. We have implemented systems as we have grown our organization and it works.
- Accountability has been established and is a high priority. We run a highly disciplined organization and will continue to look to improve.
