What Is Your Contingency Plan During the Covid19 Crisis?
As a former Navy Submarine Officer, I remember clearly that we trained all the time, for all types of events and crises. We were as prepared as possible for as many scenarios as we could imagine. But sometimes, new crises presented themselves in ways we had not prepared for fully.
Here is my challenge for you this month:
We are living in unprecedented times. Entrepreneurial leaders everywhere are being challenged like never before. As a former military officer and a serial entrepreneur for over 30 years, I have learned the importance of having a contingency plan in place, for scenarios we would prefer didn’t happen, but, especially with the Corona Virus crisis…could.
