What Is Your Creation Plan During the Covid-19 Crisis?

Optimists see opportunity in every difficulty. Pessimists see difficulty in every opportunity. For a while now, we have had to play defense in our organizations, reacting to the crisis…now is the time to shift to playing offense.

Here is my challenge for you this month:

As I said last month, we are living in unprecedented times. Entrepreneurial leaders everywhere are being challenged daily, and like never before. As a serial entrepreneur for over 30 years, I have learned the importance of bouncing back up from the floor, after being knocked down by significant economic challenges. I have learned to remain optimistic and to play offense, so that we can proactively gain back some control ,even in the direst of circumstances.

Where opportunity exists for you, both now and in the future, and where do your skills and core competencies align with these opportunities?  Get creative, play offense, stay optimistic!
